Leigh Leigh Tortorici recently marked her 25th anniversary at APA. The Birmingham native began her career as a part time employee at APA, just after graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in public relations.

APA Executive Director Felicia Mason said she remembers well when Leigh Leigh first came to APA. “She would work in the mornings, and then head out for an interview for a “real” job,” Mason said. “We sure are lucky we were able to hire her full time before she found something else.”

Tortorici handles the major advertising accounts for ANAS, as well as many other duties for the association. “She grew up working in her Dad’s dental office, and she knows that in small offices everyone does a little bit of everything,” Mason said. “She is most loyal to our members and serves our advertisers with over-the-top customer service.”

It’s Tortorici’s attention to detail which stands out most to APA ad manager Brad English.  “She’s committed to a level of detail to which I really don’t think I could handle if I wanted,” English said. “But then again, that’s part of what makes her one of the best I’ve seen when it comes to making the client happy.”
